I’m very pleased to share that Juno has raised a round of funding and I’ve been one of the angels involved.

I’ve been an admirer of Juno and the founder Ally’s work. As someone who is so passionate about empowering employees in their self development at work, it only felt right that I joined them as an investor.

At Learnerbly, we’re so dedicated to workplace culture and values, and so I love seeing a business like Juno with a mission to help more companies build better cultures.

Similarly to Learnerbly, Juno believes that companies should put the power in the hands of employees to make their own choices. Over 5,000 different services, experiences and products are available on the platform, meaning each staff member can use their Juno points to select benefits which are in line with their individual lifestyles and priorities.

From mental health support to childcare services, fitness apps to food box deliveries - the things that make the biggest difference depends on the person, place and time. By putting the power in our employees’ hands to choose, we can rest assured that the support on offer is genuinely benefiting each individuals’ lives and wellbeing.

As more companies embrace hybrid and remote-first work on a full-time basis, I’m delighted to be supporting Ally and the Juno team on their journey to help more people access better benefits.
