Hi! It’s Gen from The Juno Team. I’m a big fan of yoga, so this week I decided to try out the Full Body Flow yoga class from Juno Collections.
Because of an injury from earlier this year, I’m not as confident on a yoga mat as I used to be, so it was really great to be doing a class that was beginner-friendly but still had some challenging aspects to it. The instructor gave options to make poses harder or easier, which I always really appreciate. It’s also great to break routine once in a while and learn from someone new - so much of yoga is about changing your perspective, and looking at movement in a new way.
My favourite thing about the class, though, was the length. I love a long yoga session, but a 15-minute class like this one is just perfect for those days when your head is foggy, you’re finding it hard to relax, and you don’t have time for anything else. I did it just before getting ready for bed, and slept great.
I’m definitely going to do this class again, and try some of the rest of the Juno Collections videos.
